By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment is received and confirmed.
Once an order has been packed or handed over to a courier or rider:
It cannot be modified or cancelled
Delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service
The Postpartum Edit is not responsible for delays or issues that occur after dispatch but will assist with follow-ups where possible.
Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city, courier routing, and operational conditions.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items require sourcing and may take a minimum of 3–3.5 weeks to be delivered.
These timelines may vary due to international shipping, customs clearance, supplier availability, or logistical delays.
Pre-Loved Items
Pre-Loved items may take up to 8–10 business days to be delivered, as items are first shipped to us for inspection and verification before dispatch to the buyer.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, political or city-level disruptions, high-volume periods, or operational constraints.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available within Lahore only, subject to availability.
Same-day delivery is limited to addresses within a 10 km radius of our location
Availability depends on order time, item type, rider availability, and operational capacity
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may not qualify for same-day delivery
Customers outside the 10 km radius may opt to arrange or directly pay for rider delivery, subject to confirmation
Large, high-value, or sensitive items, including breast pumps and heavy gear, are not dispatched via local riders to ensure safe handling
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed and may be unavailable during sales, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Lahore delivery: PKR 350.
All other cities within Pakistan: PKR 400.
Enjoy free nationwide shipping on in-stock orders only above PKR 18,000.
For Pre-orders:
Free delivery is excluded for custom pre-orders due to weight and logistics variations.
Additional charges may apply if:
the parcel exceeds standard weight limits
insurance is required due to item value
special handling is needed
the order includes large or sensitive items such as breast pumps
Any additional charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email, where applicable.
Tracking updates depend on the courier service and may take several hours to appear.
Delays, Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy
The Postpartum Edit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable phone number
Recipient unavailability
The order may be returned to origin or require re-dispatch.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Risk, Liability & Force Majeure
The Postpartum Edit is not liable for:
Courier delays or mishandling
Delivery failures caused by third-party logistics providers
Delays due to weather, strikes, political disturbances, or force majeure events
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan, subject to courier serviceability.
