At The Postpartum Edit, due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Items ordered incorrectly
Breast pumps and pump accessories
Bottles, nipples, feeding tools
Supplements and consumable products
Personal care or hygiene items
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you need guidance, you are welcome to message us prior to purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in limited circumstances, as outlined below.
Refunds may be issued if:
An item is out of stock or unavailable after purchase
You receive a damaged or expired item, subject to verification
All other sales are final and are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Expired Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an expired item, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of:
The product
The outer packaging
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Once verified, an appropriate resolution will be offered.
Online Payments & Refund Processing
If a paid online order is cancelled or qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed only through the original payment gateway provider (APG) and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed by the bank and payment gateway, not directly by The Postpartum Edit. Online payments may take a few business days to settle, and refunds follow the same settlement timeline.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.
Incorrect Orders
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly.
If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or product selection, please reach out before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are not entertained based on change of mind. Please place an order you’re completely sure of.
Pre-Loved Items
All Pre-Loved items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please refer to our dedicated Pre-Loved FAQs section for full details.
Additional Notes
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method only.
Processing timelines are outside our control once submitted to the payment gateway.
The Postpartum Edit reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
