We do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Most items available on The Postpartum Edit are limited pieces, often sourced from the UAE based on individual customer requests. Because of the nature of this business, we ask that all purchases be made thoughtfully.

No Returns or Exchanges

• All orders are final sale.
• This includes both new and preloved items.
• Exchanges are not offered.
• Please double-check product details before placing your order.

Refunds Are Only Issued If:

• You receive a damaged item.
• You receive the wrong item.
• An item becomes unavailable or no longer in a condition to ship after your order is placed.

To process a refund:
• Contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order.
• Share your order number and clear photo proof of the issue.

• Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Preloved Items, Breast Pumps & Feeding Gear

We inspect and test all preloved items before listing, and we also offer limited post-purchase support (within 4 hours) to guide you on usage or settings if needed.
Refunds or returns are not offered due to personal preference, low output, or unfamiliarity with a specific brand or model.

Please note:
• Breast pumps, flange sizes, and suction patterns may vary by brand and body type.
• If you're unsure, you're welcome to reach out for support or guidance before purchasing.
• We’re happy to walk you through how to use items properly, but refunds cannot be issued if an item works as intended but does not respond to you as you expected it to be.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you placed an order by mistake, reach out immediately and we will do our best to assist you within that window.
