1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, all orders must be paid in advance. We currently do not offer COD to ensure smoother operations and avoid non-serious orders.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lahore may qualify for same-day delivery if placed before 4 PM.
Orders outside Lahore typically arrive in 2–3 business days.
Delays may occur due to weather, political events, or courier issues.

3. How do I know my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t get one, check your spam folder or contact us on Instagram or via email.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 4 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if you receive a damaged or incorrect item and only if reported within 24 - 48 hours with photo proof.

6. Do you sell original products?

Yes. All products are 100% original and sourced directly from trusted international brands like Frida Mom, Medela, Dr. Brown’s, etc.

7. Are pre-loved items safe to use?

Yes. All pre-loved items are gently used, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly described on the product page. They are inspected before shipping.

8. Where are you based?

We’re based in Lahore, Pakistan, but ship all over the country.
