Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, all orders must be paid in advance. We currently do not offer COD to ensure smoother operations and avoid non-serious orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Lahore may qualify for same-day delivery if placed before 4 PM.
Orders outside Lahore typically arrive in 2-3 business days.
Delays may occur due to weather, political events, or courier issues.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t get one, check your spam folder or contact us on Instagram or via email.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 4 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Refunds are only issued if you receive a damaged or incorrect item and only if reported within 24–48 hours with photo proof.
